Engage

The Architecture Review

One way in: a senior, fixed-scope read of your Salesforce org and how it's delivered. I go through the metadata, the automation, the security model, and the delivery process, then write you a plain-English account of what's solid, what's fragile, and what to do first.

It's the same first move I'd make on any engagement, sold on its own. You get the architect's judgment without committing to a build — and if a build makes sense afterwards, you're starting from a shared, honest picture of the org.

What you get

Who it's for

  • You own a Salesforce org that has become hard to change, and you want a senior read on why.
  • You're an ISV heading into — or stuck in — AppExchange security review.
  • You're about to start a build and want the early, load-bearing decisions pressure-tested first.
  • You'd rather have one architect who's accountable than a rotating agency team.

Who it's not for

  • You want the cheapest quote in the room. This is a senior rate, on purpose.
  • You want a pair of hands to run a backlog. This is diagnosis and direction, not staff aug.
  • You want reassurance. I'll tell you what I actually find, including the parts you won't like.

Pricing is scoped to the org and discussed on a short call — I don't post a number, because the right scope depends on what you're actually dealing with. It's a senior rate. If the cheapest option is the priority, I'm genuinely not the right fit, and I'll say so early.

A few sentences about the org and what's prompting this is enough to start.
